Requires a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology and 3–5 years of lab experience; ASCP preferred. On-site, 40 hours per week, evening shift, with benefits from day 1 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology required.
• 3–5 years of laboratory experience required.
• ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens and perform tests as authorized.
• Ensure accurate results and maintain records.
• Supervise workflow of assigned workstations and QC review.
• Adhere to quality control and regulatory requirements.
