Job summary

Experis is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Pleasanton, CA to join a Care Technical Support team. This 12+ month contract role onsite supports patients and clinical teams with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication.

Typical shift is 8AM-5:30PM, Mon-Fri, with pay range of $30-$33 per hour. Opportunity for extension or conversion to permanent employment is available, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Previous experience in operational support, technical support, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providing technical support and assistance.
• Accurately log calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes.
• Submit orders for replacement equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information with care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
