Ultipro in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Clinical IT Specialist to partner with clinicians, providers and IT staff to deliver daily IT support and optimize clinical workflows across departments. You will lead implementation of clinical process changes and ensure smooth operation of the Clinical Information System in ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with clinical experience or diploma/associates with clinical experience.
• EHR experience in ambulatory environments.
• Self-motivated team player with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others in the department.
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians, providers and IT to deliver daily IT support.
• Lead clinical process change initiatives across departments.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and analytics.
• Install and support hardware; maintain and administer EHR systems.
• Monitor IT and clinical equipment and coordinate with vendors.
• Serve as liaison for clinical workflows between groups and vendors.
• Ensure smooth clinical workflow processes across clinics and on-call coverage.
