Atlantic Medical Management, LLC is seeking a Clinical IT Specialist to collaborate with clinicians, providers, and IT for daily IT support and to analyze clinical IT requirements across the organization. The role involves leading clinical process changes, supporting EHR maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflows across clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three years clinical experience or diploma/associates with two years clinical experience.
• EHR experience in ambulatory environment.
• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and mentor others.
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in clinical process change initiatives across multiple departments.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, training needs, and departmental analytics.
• Provide hardware installation and support.
• Maintain and administer the EHR system.
• Manage and monitor IT and clinical equipment.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical groups, end users and vendors.
