Job summary

CLS Health PLLC is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to bridge clinical operations and information technology. You will optimize, implement, and maintain EHR and related clinical systems to improve workflows and patient care.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and IT teams, develop training materials, and support regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes data-driven improvement and staff education in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum three years of healthcare experience in a clinical, operational, informatics, or technology environment.
• Experience supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is required.
• Experience with workflow analysis, implementation, optimization, and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clinical operations and IT to optimize and maintain EHR and other clinical systems.
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems.
• Develop training materials and educate staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system utilization and provide end-user support and issue resolution.
