Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in healthcare/technology or 2 years operating in a clinical tech capacity.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• One year of EMR experience.
• One year of healthcare setting experience.
• Able to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to translate clinical/operational requests into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support and customer service within clinical IT systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; document findings and resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams as needed.
• Maintain clear, concise communication with users throughout issue resolution.
• Create and update IT service tickets and training documentation.
• Engage with departments to identify process improvements and provide elbow support.
