Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic information technology knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain documentation for incidents and knowledge bases.
• Willingness to support at off-site or satellite locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT customer support for hardware, software and devices.
• Manages incident queue and escalates to meet SLAs.
• Communicates with customers to address needs and expectations professionally.
• Documents incident status and project updates.
• Performs endpoint support and basic hardware/software testing.
• Maintains a clean workspace and tracks asset lifecycle.
• Participates in training and expands knowledge of processes.
