WCG Clinical is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead in a remote role. You will act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process, translating sponsor and CRO questions into data-driven insights.

You will evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role requires running analyses (site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives) and presenting actionable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to conduct hands-on analysis using SQL and at least one analytical environment (Python or R)
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; able to explain methodology to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work to compressed proposal deadlines across several concurrent opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Qualify client business and technical needs; scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions
• Present findings in client meetings; defend methodology and results
• Advise clients on data assets and analytics fit; tailor scope to questions
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFI/RFP responses
• Design site identification analyses; build ranked site and country lists
• Benchmark operational performance; develop actionable mitigations and templates
• Translate protocol requirements into enrolment models with explicit assumptions
