WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to partner with Business Development and translate sponsor questions into rigorous data-driven insights. You will evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and operational performance to strengthen proposals and guide client decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires leading analyses, presenting findings, and ensuring methodology is transparent and adaptable across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics

Responsibilities

• Qualify client business and technical needs and scope data/analytics/solutions
• Present findings and defend methodology in client meetings and workshops
• Be subject matter expert on data assets, analytics products, and consulting capabilities
• Authors data/insights content for proposals and responses
