Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics to drive enterprise goals and vision.
• Support clinical applications and manage incidents per ITIL processes.
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain assigned clinical systems and workflows.
• Assist with end-user communications on system changes and downtime procedures.
• Provide strong customer service and effective status reporting to stakeholders.
