Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior manager to own enterprise clinical policy development and AI-enabled Epic technology assessment. You will lead workflow standardization, translate regulatory needs into actionable policy, and partner with clinical, operational, and governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.

The role drives change management, supports enterprise audit readiness, and delivers executive updates on policy and technology assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety or healthcare technology assessment.
• Experience with Epic and AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide policy development for clinical workflows and EHR standards.
• Assess AI capabilities and technology platforms and report to leadership.
• Drive change management to embed policies within Epic workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings and governance bodies.
