Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and governance, ensuring EHR workflows and configurations align with enterprise requirements across care settings.

You will translate regulatory and operational needs into clear, actionable policies, partner with Epic stakeholders, and drive standardization while evaluating AI-enabled capabilities and related technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, quality & safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; a CVS Health pay range is provided and eligible for bonus/short-term incentive and equity awards.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise clinical workflow policy development, maintenance, governance, and EHR implementation across care settings.
Lead AI-enabled Epic capability assessments and related technology platforms.
Support enterprise change initiatives by ensuring policies are understood and embedded within Epic workflows.
Provide executive-level reporting on policy, workflow, audit findings, and technology assessments.
Develop relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive clarity, accountability, and alignment.
