Crossover Health is seeking a Clinical Application & Informatics Specialist to support and optimize clinical systems, especially EHRs, partnering with product, IT, and operations to align technology with care delivery. You will configure Athenahealth and Elation, provide Tier-2 support, develop training materials, and help manage vendor relationships while tracking KPIs and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• 3–5+ years in clinical informatics or health IT.
• Hands-on experience configuring EHR systems; Athenahealth a plus.
• Familiar with HL7, FHIR, and API interoperability.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead informatics initiatives to optimize EHR and clinical systems.
• Configure and support clinical apps (Athenahealth, Elation).
• Develop training materials and support user adoption.
• Coordinate projects, track KPIs, and support vendor relations.
