The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, admins, and IT staff to redesign workflows, build templates and order sets, support upgrades, and provide end-user training to improve patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or related healthcare field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience in a clinical, operational, informatics, or healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for clinical informatics initiatives, workflow optimization, and EHR system enhancements.
• Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, patient safety, and provider satisfaction.
