The role focuses on optimizing EHR usage, improving documentation, and supporting the adoption of clinical technology. You will collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operations leaders to translate needs into practical solutions that enhance care team experience and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• 4+ years in clinical practice, healthcare operations, or related setting.
• Experience using, supporting, or optimizing an EHR system.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience with workflow improvement, system implementation, or technology adoption.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Support EHR enhancements, system testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with clinical and IT teams to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Improve clinical documentation and data quality; support decision tools.
• Assist with quality, population health, risk adjustment, and value-based care workflows.
• Provide clinician training and support for technology adoption.
