Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst to support operation and administration of clinical information systems across a large multi-regional health system. You will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows, enhance patient safety, and ensure ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree
• 5-7 years clinical information systems experience or equivalent
• 2+ years project management experience or equivalent
• Epic certification/accreditation/self-proficiency in relevant application preferred, multiple certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with enterprise colleagues to drive strategic goals
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain clinical applications and processes
• Provide end-user support during upgrades and new releases
• Communicate changes and downtime procedures to clinical staff
• Coordinate with ministry leadership to meet business and financial requirements
• Perform in-depth workflow analyses and troubleshoot complex incidents
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex testing projects
