Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Lead to drive standardized workflows and optimize clinical information systems across a large multi-regional health system. You will lead a team of analysts, oversee incident, change and problem management, and partner with IS, Quality, Case Management, Revenue Cycle and Finance to improve patient care workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years of clinical information systems experience preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Epic certification or proficiency in relevant application required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to drive standardized best practice workflows.
• Develop, test, implement and maintain assigned clinical applications and business processes.
• Lead process and requirement analysis, including process mapping and stakeholder analysis on complex projects.
• Organize and distribute workload, mentor analysts and facilitate cross training.
• Prepare clear project status reporting for all stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with IS, Quality, Case Management, Revenue Cycle and Finance.

Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Lead

The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Lead assists in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, collaborating with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools for a large, multi-regional healthcare system. The role leads a team of analysts and provides incident, change and problem management support following ITIL processes.

Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
