Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent with 1+ years clinical experience or 2+ years clinical experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Informatics to drive department goals and CHRISTUS Health.
• Focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and clinical content for alignment across ministries.
• Identify infrastructure-related issues affecting laboratory applications and advise users.
