Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience managing large, diverse projects.
• Associates degree with 2 years healthcare or informatics experience in lieu of Bachelor's.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in CS/MIS/Health Admin or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance usability of electronic platforms to decrease provider burden, reduce variability, and eliminate ineffective systems.
• Design and support effective, regulatory-compliant content, Clinical Decision support, and reporting/metrics to improve outcomes.
• Advocate for regional providers' needs across the organization by supporting optimization, build, and change readiness.
• Oversee, enhance, and steward clinical systems downtime tools and provider downtime readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue Cycle, and IT to achieve key system objectives.
