Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our IT team, focusing on optimizing EMR workflows and advancing clinical technology utilization. You will partner with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to identify workflow issues and define system requirements that improve care delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical healthcare experience.
Healthcare licensure required (RN, LPN, RT, PT, etc.).
Epic Clinical Informatics Certification within twelve (12) months of hire.

Responsibilities

Identify clinical practice workflow issues and define system requirements to optimize EMR functionality.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to improve care delivery and technology utilization.
Evaluate EMR features and recommend enhancements or new processes.
Support training curricula and adoption of new technology; contribute to change management and readiness.
Develop and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in clinical operations.
