Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (in Computer Science, MIS, Nursing, Informatics, HIT, Health Administration or other related field)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
• 2 years clinical nursing experience

Responsabilités

• Lead and support planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical HIT with clinical understanding
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure HIT strategies meet patient care needs
• Provide input on system impacts and guide strategy for system optimization and quality reporting
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical processes and HIT with strong organizational and communication skills
• Engage with leaders and subject matter experts to influence design, curriculum, workflows, and integration of technology into patient care processes
• Perform technical reviews of optimization requests and assess workflow impact
