Job summary
Canfield Scientific, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Clinical Services Customer/Technical Support Associate to join our medical photography systems team. You will provide Tier-1 support for 2D and 3D systems and work with project teams to resolve issues from start to finish.
The role emphasizes strong communication, remote troubleshooting, and collaboration with clients; familiarity with Windows, TCP/IP, and imaging workflows is a plus, and photography knowledge is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a technical field or 3+ years' related work experience.
- Experience troubleshooting MS Windows applications and hardware peripherals.
- Experience working with clients, analyzing needs, and delivering solutions.
- Ability to observe workflows, diagnose issues, and suggest improvements.
- Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge and remote assistance experience.
- Photography knowledge is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support for medical photography systems (2D and 3D).
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues; disaster recovery for field systems.
- Complete updates and upgrades remotely for field-deployed systems.
- Support in-house software for clinical studies.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing for study-specific configuration.
