Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services Customer/Technical Support Associate to support medical photography systems used in clinical studies. The role requires handling multiple projects, strong communication, and end-to-end project follow-through.

You will provide Tier-1 technical support for 2D/3D photography systems, troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, and perform remote updates for field deployments, while assisting with UAT and on-going system monitoring.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a technical field or at least three years' applicable work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting MS Windows applications and hardware peripherals.
• Experience working with internal and external clients, analyzing needs, identifying issues, and following through with solutions.
• Ability to observe workflows, diagnose problems, and propose improvements.
• Basic TCP/IP Networking and remote assistance experience.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and think outside the box.
• IT or technical consulting experience is a plus.
• Photography knowledge/background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with Canfield clinical project teams providing Tier-1 technical support for medical photography systems (2D and 3D).
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues and disaster recovery for field-deployed systems.
• Complete updates and upgrades remotely for field-deployed systems.
• Provide technical support for in-house software systems used to create and monitor clinical studies.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for medical photography systems to ensure correct study-specific configuration/performance prior to deployment.
