Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services Customer/Technical Support Associate to support our clinical photography systems (2D and 3D) within study teams. You will provide Tier-1 technical assistance to project groups and collaborate across software, hardware, and network issues.

You will perform remote updates, assist with testing, and ensure study configurations meet requirements. A strong communicator who thrives on multi-project work will fit well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a technical field or at least three years' applicable work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting MS Windows applications and hardware peripherals.
• Experience working with clients, analyzing needs, and delivering solutions.
• Ability to observe workflows, diagnose problems, and propose improvements.
• Basic TCP/IP networking and remote assistance experience.
• Willingness to learn new technologies; photography knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-1 technical support for Canfield clinical photography systems (2D and 3D).
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues and perform disaster recovery for field systems.
• Perform remote updates/upgrades for field-deployed systems.
• Support in-house software systems used to create and monitor clinical studies.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to verify configuration and performance before deployment.
