Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Clinical Services Customer/Technical Support Associate to support our medical photography systems, 2D and 3D, across clinical studies.

You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and networks, perform remote updates, assist clients, and participate in user testing to ensure correct study configurations.

Salary range is $60,000–$75,000 annually with benefits; full-time, on-site role with bonus potential and a focus on global clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a technical field or 3+ years' experience.
• Experience troubleshooting MS Windows applications and hardware peripherals.
• Experience working with internal and external clients, analyzing needs and following through with solutions.
• Ability to observe workflows, diagnose problems, and propose improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in basic TCP/IP Networking and remote assistance.
• Photography knowledge/background is advantageous and IT/tech consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-1 technical support for Canfield clinical photography systems (2D & 3D).
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues including disaster recovery for field systems.
• Complete updates and upgrades remotely for field-deployed systems.
• Provide technical support for in-house software used to create and monitor clinical studies.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure proper study-specific configuration and performance.
