Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a technical field or 3+ years' related work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting MS Windows applications and hardware peripherals.
- Experience in working with internal and external clients, analyzing needs, identifying issues, and following through with solutions.
- Ability to observe workflows, diagnose problems, and propose improvements.
- Experience in basic TCP/IP Networking and remote assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support for medical photography systems (2D and 3D).
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues; assist with disaster recovery for field systems.
- Perform remote updates and upgrades for field-deployed systems.
- Support in-house software for clinical studies and monitoring.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure correct config and performance before deployment.
