Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits systems, and regulatory audits.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align HR with organizational goals to support patient-centered care.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
• Lead HR compliance, audits, and licensing/certifications.
• Manage performance, employee relations, and discipline processes.
• Provide workforce planning and HR analytics to leadership.
