You will hire and train supervisors, ensure regulatory compliance, guide treatment plans, handle on-call coverage, and coordinate with state agencies. The role emphasizes leadership, quality, and compliance within CARF standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in residential management with 3 years supervising staff.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• Valid MA driver’s license and required trainings completed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, and support Residential Supervisors; ensure performance standards.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance in homes through reviews and audits.
• Guide supervisors in developing treatment and service plans and monitor implementation.
• Assist with recruiting, supervising, and training Direct Support Professionals.
• Serve as liaison with the MRC and DDS for assigned homes.
• Provide mandatory trainings on safety and clinical topics.
• Review and finalize incident, restraint, medication reports and ISP objectives.
• Ensure CARF and state regulatory standards compliance.
• Provide rotational weekend and evening on-call coverage.
• Serve as mandated reporter for DPPC.
