Job summary

Cape Abilities in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Management role to lead residential services and ensure high-quality supports for participants. The position oversees Supervisors, ensures compliance with regulations, and drives comprehensive program oversight in assigned homes.

The role requires extensive residential management experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate trainings, staff support, and incident reporting while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years prior experience including 3 years residential management and staff management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration Training certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluate, and provide support to Residential Supervisors assigned to residences; ensures Supervisors understand program and performance standards.
• Ensures regulatory and policy compliance in assigned homes by conducting reviews, inspections, audits and other reviews for optimal services.
• Guides Supervisors in development of treatment plans, ISP, provider agreements and other plans; monitors implementation.
