Rothman Orthopaedics in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist who blends clinical support as a Medical Assistant or similar role with front desk operations to keep patient flow smooth during office hours.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, enter demographics, schedule follow-ups, assist with imaging pre-certifications, and support both clinical and administrative tasks while maintaining a courteous, reliable office presence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED minimum education requirement.
• Active National Medical Assistant Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Verify insurance and collect copays; update demographics and insurance info.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with other departments (PT, MRI, imaging).
• Handle front desk communications and assist with billing and referred paperwork.
• Prepare for imaging studies and injections; maintain clean, organized workspace.
