Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Clinical Field Trainer to educate physicians and train field representatives on SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products across the New England region. You will act as a clinical expert, delivering hands-on programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve procedural knowledge and proficiency.

The role requires 50–75% travel, a bachelor’s degree, and experience in medical device education. Remote work is supported within the regional coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical education, medical device training or related clinical education environment.
• Experience coaching and developing learners through observation, feedback, competency assessment and remediation.
• Facilitates and presents clinical/technical training to varied experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Partner with physician faculty and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver education programs.
• Coach and certify field representatives and clinical specialists, assess competency.
• Conduct field assessments to identify development needs and validate certification requirements.
• Support launch and adoption of new product lines with education resources.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Marketing and Clinical Education to align training with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and patient safety standards.
