Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 1+ year in clinical education or medical device training, with travel ~50–75% and a commitment to patient safety and training excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical education, medical device training or related clinical environment.
• Experience in medical device clinical training, field clinical support or physician education.
• Experience coaching and developing learners through observation, feedback, competency assessment and remediation.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating and presenting clinical or technical training to varied experience levels.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Partner with physician faculty and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver education programs and resources.
• Lead field-based training and certification of sales reps and clinical specialists with competency assessments and coaching.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate clinician competency and identify development needs.
• Support launch and adoption of new product lines with physician and field education.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Marketing and Clinical Education to identify training needs and create solutions.
• Use feedback to continuously improve education programs, standards, assessments and training materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Policy and patient safety commitments.
