Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical education, medical device training, health care professional education or a related clinical environment.
• Experience coaching and developing learners through observation, feedback, competency assessment, certification, remediation and ongoing development.
• Experience facilitating and presenting clinical or technical training, adapting to different experience levels and environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Partner with physician faculty and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver education programs and resources.
• Lead field-based training and certification of sales representatives and clinical specialists, including assessments and coaching.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate competency, identify development needs and validate certification requirements.
• Support the launch and adoption of new product lines with physician and field education support.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Marketing and Clinical Education to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Use feedback and outcomes to improve education programs, standards, and materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Policy and ensure patient safety and product quality.
