Job summary

TriMedx, LLC in Southern California seeks an Assistant Site Manager for the Clinical Engineering Leadership Program. The role focuses on learning to lead site operations, manage customer relations, and develop associates while preparing for a promotion to Site Manager.

You will work to ensure compliance with Joint Commission inspections and oversee the Medical Equipment Management Plan, with hands-on biomedical support and travel every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technological or business field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in clinical engineering or related field preferred.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and direct technicians, ensuring top service quality.
• Manage MEMP-related activities and coordinate inspections with Joint Commission.
• Build customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Shadow technicians to learn maintenance, safety inspections, and diagnostics.
