Job summary

Trimedx in Southern California is seeking an Assistant Site Manager as part of the Clinical Engineering Leadership Program. The role aims to promote to a Clinical Engineering Site Manager while leading day-to-day site operations and collaborating with hospital executives.

Participants will guide clinical engineering initiatives, manage the Medical Equipment Management Plan, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technology or business.
• Associate’s degree with 3 years of clinical engineering experience acceptable.
• Technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide direction to others.
• Learn TRIMEDX policies and procedures and apply them to daily work.
• Motivate staff through recognition and rewards.
• Staff technicians to ensure best service quality.
• Coach and mentor technicians on performance and documentation.
• Develop leadership skills while guiding clinical associates.
• Develop objectives to achieve long and short-term business results.
