Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a Site Manager – Clinical Engineering to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer-focused service improvements. You will coordinate staff, budgets, and contracts while enhancing hospital relationships and service quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in clinical engineering, 3+ years of leadership, and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites may be required; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment with proven business acumen and ability to develop others.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to manage day-to-day and long-term site operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
• Ability to think and manage strategically.
• Build relationships across diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide direction to others.
• Manage service operations functions, contracts, and resources.
• Lead Joint Commission inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Develop service strategies and continuous improvement.
• Set local strategy to achieve goals and manage KPI.
• Oversee multiple accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
