Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electronics/engineering, 5+ years in clinical engineering, and 3+ years of people leadership, with strong budgeting and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical engineering experience with business acumen.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide direction to others.
• Staff and schedule technicians to ensure best service.
• Coach and mentor technicians and supervisors; provide feedback on performance.
• Lead Joint Commission inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop associates and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Set local strategy to achieve goals within policy and management guidelines.
