Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking participants for its Clinical Engineering Leadership Program within the United States. The role focuses on performing day‑to‑day site operations, developing associates, and coordinating with hospital executives and TRIMEDX Central Office.

You will learn to direct Joint Commission inspections while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will gain exposure to service operations, personnel management, and business development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technological or business field required (or equivalent experience)
• Associate’s degree in engineering or technological discipline (or equivalent experience) with 3 years of experience in the clinical engineering field
• Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide direction to others
• Invest in learning TRIMEDX policies and procedures
• Motivate others through praise, recognition, and rewards
• Staff and schedule technicians to ensure the best service
• Coach and mentor technicians on performance and documentation
• Develop leadership skills while guiding a team of clinical associates
• Develop others to achieve long and short term business results
• Administer MEMP to KPIs and Manage Service Operations functions
• Manage service contracts and resources; document demand labor, parts, and costs
• Develop service strategies with a continuous improvement mindset
• Coordinate Joint Commission inspections and ensure open work orders are prioritized
