Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a senior operations leader to run multi-site clinical engineering with full P&L accountability across hospitals. You will coach site managers, translate strategy into execution to improve uptime, compliance, and growth, and partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.

Bring 7+ years in clinical engineering leadership, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong financial planning and certifications. This is a strategic, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or similar environment with proven business leadership.
• 3+ years leading people and developing leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the business: lead multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability.
• Build leaders, not just teams: coach Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to raise performance.
• Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime, compliance, and growth.
• Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.
