Job summary

Trimedx in the United States is seeking an Operations Project Manager to support the Clinical Engineering operations team. You will lead and mentor teams, manage relationships, plan projects, and deliver final results on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with senior management, drive operational excellence initiatives, design improved processes, and ensure compliance with policies. Travel to sites and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (4 years).
• PMP or CAPM preferred, but not required.
• Experience with various project delivery methodologies; able to select and utilize appropriate models to capture, analyze, and report data.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience with IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans, delivering completed projects that support business goals.
• Develop and implement company-wide Operational Excellence initiatives to improve quality, safety, delivery and cost.
• Design new and improved processes that align with enterprise direction and improve service delivery.
• Manage project resources, constraints, and objectives to deliver quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Travel to sites or work with Central Office associates for data collection and analysis.
• Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training and education.
• Audit equipment inventory, PM schedules, nomenclature and service history for accuracy.
• Mentor team members to improve efficiency using operational excellence concepts.
• Interface with all levels of coworkers and customers to ensure deliverables meet needs.
