Trimedx is seeking a senior leader to own the clinical engineering operation, overseeing multi-site operations, budgets, and performance, delivering uptime and regulatory compliance. You will build a high-performing team, set clear expectations, and drive results that impact patient care.

You will translate metrics into action, lead from the front, and partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
