Job summary

Trimedx Holdings is seeking an operations leader to guide the day-to-day management of biomedical equipment services in hospital settings. You will align staffing, priorities, and resources to ensure service reliability.

You will coach technicians, drive performance using KPIs, and build accountability across the team while partnering with hospitals to ensure readiness for inspections and high patient care standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor's a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
• Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
• Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.
