Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to lead hospital launches and grow our install base in critical care settings.

This role requires extensive travel (about 60% of the time) and will involve hands-on clinical education of physicians and staff on Ceribell's EEG technology. You will work with the Territory Manager to deploy Ceribell at new sites, drive product introductions, build advocates using data, and ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience.
• RN candidates with industry sales experience are encouraged.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Expand Ceribell use to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base.
• Launch Ceribell at new customer sites with the local Territory Manager.
• Drive product introductions and growth within current accounts.
• Develop hospital advocates using data to validate interest and decision-making.
• Lead physician training and education sessions; manage upgrades and expansions.
• Coordinate cross-functional deployment and project management for new accounts.
