BD is a global medical technology company. This Territory Manager role educates physicians, hospital personnel and staff on BDPI products through in‑servicing, case support and training programs, while establishing strong relationships with customers and hospitals.

Based at our Tempe Headquarters with on‑site collaboration, this role supports endovascular procedures as directed by the District Manager, handles BDPI reports and product tracking, and helps drive market insights and product

Qualifications

• Experience educating clinical staff on medical devices.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians.
• Strong observation and reporting of market trends affecting sales and product development.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and conduct in‑servicing as needed.
• Familiarity with BDPI products and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians, hospital personnel and staff on BDPI products through case support and in‑servicing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians.
• Observe and report market trends that affect BDPI sales and product development.
• Represent BDPI in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Process customer complaints and returns per established procedures.
• Maintain company automobile and property.
• Complete and process BDPI reports (procedural, expense, tracking, complaint).
• Fulfill Territory Manager duties in vacant territories and support endovascular procedures as directed.
