Qualifications

• RN license in Maryland (required).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) within 1 year.
• CPR certification; CPR instructor within 6 months.
• MD driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and orientation for GBMC Health Partners.
• Lead development, coordination and evaluation of educational programs.
• Assess learning needs and design competency-based curricula.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement and patient safety.
