Tufts Medicine Care at Home is seeking a Nurse Educator to develop, implement, and document orientation and ongoing education for all agency staff, including volunteers.

You will assess learner needs, tailor plans, manage competency programs, train on EMR systems such as EPIC, and create online content.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or other clinical discipline.
• RN, PT, or OT license(s).
• Five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
• One year of experience in clinical education.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and document orientation for agency staff.
• Assess learner needs and tailor orientation plans.
• Provide ongoing instruction and coaching for staff.
• Document competency assessments and skills checklists.
• Coordinate academics with College Programs and supervise student placements.
• Train staff in EMR products and computer usage (EPIC).
• Create educational videos and online content.
