Tufts Medicine Care at Home is seeking an educator to develop, implement, and provide staff education and competency across assigned projects. The role improves clinical staff capabilities through orientation, continuing education, and in-service programs.

The position is based in Lowell, MA, with full-time hours (40 hours per week). It requires a BSN, PT, or OT background, relevant licensure, and several years of clinical and education experience to drive staff development and competency

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, PT, OT or other clinical discipline.
• RN/PT/OT license.
• Five years of experience as RN, PT, or OT.
• One year of experience in clinical education.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and document staff orientation.
• Assess learner needs for orientation content.
• Develop individualized orientation plans.
• Train staff on EMR products and computer usage.
• Organize quarterly education and annual competencies.
• Collaborate with College Programs for student placements.
