Qualifications

• Advanced listening and communication skills are required.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows are required.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served may be required where indicated.

Responsibilities

• Documenting Patient Encounters ~ 80%
• Joining the provider in the exam room to observe patient visits
• Documenting patient encounters in structured notes (HPI, assessment, plan, and PE)
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Preparing After Visit Summaries
• Supporting clinical documentation improvement and reviewing records
• Placing orders and referrals
• Providing administrative support to the provider and care team
