Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications [required]

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in real time and coding using CPT/ICD-10
• Support clinical documentation improvement and populate after-visit summaries
• Provide administrative support to the care team and assist with referrals and tasks
