Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes during visits.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes as appropriate.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries for providers and care teams.
• Support daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews.
• Provide administrative assistance to the care team as needed.
